On any below condition Return & Refund will be accepted and arranged ASAP, and the shipping fee will be covered by DH-h Ceramic Art Home:
- The product item(s) you received are damaged ;
- The product item(s) you received are defective ;
- The product item(s) you received are significantly different to the description;
How to prove:
- To solve the problem faster and better for you, please provide us with photos or videos of the goods and the delivery note as proof;
On any below condition Return & Refund will be accepted and arranged ASAP, and the shipping fee will be covered by Customer:
- For some reason you are not completely satisfied with the item(s), we can arrange Return & Refund within 30-day after you received the item(s);
Reminder for package:
- When returning the goods, please make sure to pack the goods safely to avoid damage during transportation;

- After receiving the returned product, the payment will be refunded according to the original route at the time of payment;
- Refund will be made within 1-3 business days after the item(s) are returned and received by us. If we approve a refund, the money will be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
